places I long for the most&lt;br /&gt;Are the places where I’ve been&lt;br /&gt;They are calling after me like a long lost friend&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;It’s not about losing faith&lt;br /&gt;It’s not about trust&lt;br /&gt;It’s all about comfortable&lt;br /&gt;When you move so much&lt;br /&gt;The place I was wasn’t perfect&lt;br /&gt;But I had found a way to live&lt;br /&gt;It wasn’t milk or honey&lt;br /&gt;But then neither is this&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;CHORUS:&lt;br /&gt;I’ve been painting pictures of Egypt&lt;br /&gt;Leaving out what it lacked&lt;br /&gt;The future seems so hard&lt;br find out who he is and what he is here for, he has got to take that journey for himself. I'm sure it will have little impact on the overall scheme of literature, but life is too short and entertaining for me not to share it.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;This is more of an introduction post, so I won't throw out too much depth.  The last three months has seen me as a harmless defendant in a case for the ages, a skin cancer survivor, and an innocent bystander on the wild ride in Comet land. Only to say... 2008 is shaping up to be a real winner.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;My only complex thought comes from a devotional book I am currently reading called Streams in the Desert -- which is quite a fitting name for now.   "The secret of knowing God's complete sufficiency is in coming to the end of everything in ourselves and our circumstances.
